Terms & conditions
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and event dates.
• Do not make any payment before confirming date availability with Ra Enterprise.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the event.
• All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, deposits may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
• A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for all bookings.
• Pickup and return times must be strictly observed. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period. Replacement or repair fees may apply.
• Setup and breakdown services are not included unless previously communicated and agreed upon.
• Ra Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service if any terms and conditions are not met.
• Ra Enterprise reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
